I know prostatectomy is major and complex but it would serve my purpose that is no arousal, ejaculation n erection. this is what i want but i don't have cancer. i m male in 30s, can i still have it done somehow?

Prostate removal: does not universally stop sexual arousal or even erections. It MAY leave you incontinent and leaking urine. A better route would be to see a mental health professional to sort out your motivation for wanting your prostate removed. That will address the root, not simply the symptoms. Peace and good health.
