Athletes feet: Most probably athletes foot. Try an otc anti-fungal, cream, like lamisil (terbinafine). Use it twice daily for a couple weeks, if it doesn't get better see a podiatrist or dermatologist.

Air conditioning: This could be really early low grade raynaud's . Since you don't speak of color changes or pain it could be altered sensation due to cold. Either way the right doc to see is a vascular specialist . Good luck.

Insoles: This is probably forefoot overload from the way you walk and the dry skin is actually callous formation from driving your big toe into the ground when walking. I'd first try an insole. If that doesn't work, see your local foot doctor. Search www.Aofas.Org if you don't know of one in your area.

Tinea Pedis...: Or athletes foot is most likely. Keep the feet dry and out of shoes as much as you can and apply an otc anti fungal for 4 weeks. If it gets worse, see a podiatrist
