MRI: Now is the time for a MRI if you have not had one. These symptoms can be from irritated nerves from the spine or possibly a neuropathy. I would assume that you have been seen by your pcp. If not then now is the time.

The last three days I have been experiencing. It started with the right lower side as stiffness. Then sharp pain was shooting down leg to knee. Now my back hurts when bending over, stiff and having pain when walking. What could this be? Now both side?
