No, but . . .: Lactose intolerance, the inability to digest milk sugar as one gets older (except for northern europeans), does not increase cancer risk. However, vitamin d deficiency is suspected to be a risk factor for colon cancer. Dairy is the main food source for vitamin d and calcium, but many lactose intolerant people avoid dairy. Instead, they should drink lactaid lactose-free milk and take more vitamin d.
