Rethink diagnosis: You probably have another cause for your symptoms. Too many possibilities to list here. It could be a parasite, c diff, inflammatory bowel disease etc. Clarify what your symptoms are and state if you traveled abroad recently. Did you take antibiotics before the first episode?
