Gastroenteritis: 14 days with gastro? Are you sure of your diagnosis? Usually simple "stomach bugs" don't last that long. My usual recommendation is to push fluids for the first 24 hrs, then when adding food back to follow "BRAT" diet for another 24-48 hrs. I suggest a visit to your doctor for a thorough assessment of what is going on. Good luck!
