Mouthwash: Make sure you brush your teeth after every meal, floss twice a day, and rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash every morning and every night. Also, it's important to see your dentist every 6 months to remove tartar buildup which can contribute to bad breath. If you have very bad breath that won't go away you may have gum disease and will need to have that treated and diagnosed by a dentist.
