Morning Breath: Hydrate before you go to sleep. Brush and floss properly and use a tongue blade daily before you go to sleep and first thing in the morning. There are also some mouth rinses to eliminate sulfur buildup from oral bacteria (breathrx and closys). Make sure you see your dentist for cleanings and check-ups.
