Ankle pain: Could be many reasons. Chronic ankle joint synovitis or inflammatory tissue in your ankle joint, osteochondral defect (loose cartilage) of the ankle bone (talus), impinged ligament in joint, infection, gout, pvns, arthritis, etc. For better evaluation, see your local podiatrist.
