TMJ disk abnormal: Anterior disk displacement without reduction possibly. Need to see oral maxillofacial surgeon or subspecialists in tmd / facial pain.

TMD: Lockjaw is a general term for temporomandibular disorders (tmd). Often pain or limited opening is related to disc problems in the jaw joints. Sometimes the disc is displaced and causes limiited opening.
