I would not: Galantamine (galantamine (galantamine hydrobromide) hydrobromide) increases cholinergic activity in the brain, which can cause more dreams. Like any medicine, galantamine (galantamine hydrobromide) can have side effects. I would not recommend taking it to cause more vivid dreams.
