Depends: Do you have amblyopia (lazy eye)? Recurrence of tumor is rare but has been reported. Best to be followed by a good retina specialist in a regular fashion.

Also depends on...: There are many treatments for retinoblastoma, depending on the extent of disease. If you required any chemotherapy or radiation, these treatments can have late effects. In addition to seeing a ophthalmologist, seeing a doctor in a long term cancer survivorship clinic at least once would be a good idea.
