Unlikely: For a variety of reasons, trying to have two procedures simultaneously that are completely different, involve separate body areas that require different preparation and equipment, and two different surgical specialists would be difficult to sort out.

Yes, but...: You could have this done, but the tummy tuck may increase the chance for wound complications, depending on the technique. Also, if drains are left in place, may increase the chance of mesh infection. The increase is probably small however. Some insurance companies won't pay for 'cosmetic' surgery at the time of planned surgery because they don't want to pay for complications from cosmetic portion.

Yes : Yes, both procedures are considered “clean” procedures and the combination of the two procedures should not be unsafe when it comes to duration of surgery, assuming you are a good candidate for surgery in general. However, logistically, it may be somewhat of a challenge to find a general surgeon and plastic surgeon who are able to coordinate their schedules...
