Age restriction: Like dr. Hansen, i wouldn't treat anyone who is too young to hold still. Generally though, i think it would be unlikely for someone who is much younger than 21 to want to have treatment for thread veins around their eyes. At 21 or older, i certainly would have no hesitation in treating someone.
