Depends.: Recovery will depend on whether or not the wisdom tooth is fully erupted (quick recovery-a day or less), tissue-impacted ( a day or two) or partial bony to full bony impacted (up to a week). Also involved is what is the ease of access to the site and what orientation the tooth is in.
