Try a couple options: Hi, thanks for the question.. First off, consider limiting the time of the elliptical and working your way up in time. Try adjusting the foot pedal into a different position that may feel better and place less stress on your knees. Try to avoid placing your weight forward, especially no tippy toes. Before and after exercise stretch, in particular your hip flexors. Try using cool compresses after.
