Water irrigation: If you are unfortunate enough to be an earwax collector, you may need to start a regular cerumen program. Once a month, fill your affected ear with baby oil to "melt" the wax for 15 minutes. Lie down in a tub of warm water, and have your spouse use a bulb syringe to irrigate out your ear canals. It may take 10 times, but eventually the brown water return will come out clear indicating all clear.
