Does requip (ropinirole) work for restless leg syndrome?

Yes: That's what it is for. But it doesn't work for everybody, nor does it always control it completely. Pramipexole (mirapex) is another similar Dopamine active drug which can help. Make sure your doctor has excluded iron deficiency, and that you are not on a medication (including otc antihistamines) which can cause it or make it worse.
