RLS can occur in day: Yes, restless leg syndrome can occur in the day and the night. It is more common at night, but people with restless leg syndrome will often feel it in the day if they are resting or sitting such as in a car or in an airplane. Requip (ropinirole) is not addicting, and can be taken in the daytime if needed. I suggest having your iron checked to make sure low iron is not causing your symptoms.
