Your question ?: Starting point for RLS (need to get up and walk around) is to check serum Iron and Ferritin. If normal and problem is not due to neuropathy, Requip (ropinirole) trial is reasonable. Allow at least 20 minutes with your neurologist to review ALL OF THE POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICATION FIRST
