Pain and swelling: Pain, swelling, deformity and decreased range of motion. You may also note tingling, numbness and weakness. Get it checked out to be sure there is no vascular or neurological damage as they can accompany some dislocations in major joints.

Obvious deformity.: Usually the elbow dislocates posteriorly. There will be a visual deformity and an inability to move the elbow.
