Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy and the the shots that help increase white blood cells both can cause pain in joints or bones. If the pain persists, check with your doctor.

No: Localized joint pain involving a single joint such as a shoulder is not a complication of chemotherapy unless it is related to a bacterial infection of the joint.
