Body Dysmorphic D/O?: Maybe you mean body dysmorphic disorder instead? Fluvoxamine can help some people with this condition, but working in psychotherapy is necessary also. You need to work with your own psychiatrist or other prescribing physician on fluvoxamine dose adjustments or discontinuing. S/he knows you and can make the most applicable suggestions.
