Depends on pattern: If your coronary arteries are normal, there are other many causes for chest pain. Some causes to consider would include arrhythmia, pericarditis, aorta pathology, pulmonary embolism or other lung problem, esophageal spasm, esophagitis, gastritis, gastric ulcer, costochontritis, stress/anxiety, gallbladder.
