Likely New Pregnancy: Three months after a D&C your HCG levels should be <2. Unless you have retained tissue or a molar pregnancy which has turned into gtn (gestational trophoblastic neoplasia), both which are fairly rare after surgical evacuation of the uterus. Check with your OB & most likely your HCG levels are increasing c/w a new pregnancy. You would know if birth control was used & if you had exposures. Good luck.
