Maybe: A miscarriage is technically called a spontaneous abortion. If you had a miscarriage, then yes, this is an abortion. Sometimes women have bleeding during pregnancy and it's normal - you may still be pregnant. It's best to see a doctor and get checked to find out if you are still pregnant.
