Not necessarily: There are a couple of issues here: many people could mistake pacs with abnormal conduction for pvcs. Wpw is not by itself a problem with the lower chamber, so the pvcs should not imply any more danger than pvcs by themselves. That said, some conditions are associated with both WPW and pvcs and require further evaluation. I recommend a visit with a skilled electrophysiologist.
