Mult. PVCs: Electrophysiologists deal with this every day. I guess if he feels confident you may trust him. If you still feel insecure go for the second opinion with all the pertinent documentation or tests done.

Usually EP docs know: Usually ep docs are right about these things, it's what they deal with on a daily basis. If you have a normal heart function (ejection fraction > 55%) and no coronary disease, these pvcs are likely benign. Getting a second opinion is always helpful for your piece of mind.

EP are experts: If you would like a second opinion, see another ep. Make sure to bring complete records and test results. You're already seeing the expert-level docs in this. As anesthesiologist, i would be very interested in a note from ep summarizing findings and test reports if you ever needed anesthesia services.
