What is the difference between multiform and multi focal pvcs?

Mutiform/multifocal: They are different names for the same thing. When they were originally named it meant vpcs of different morphologies. Strict usage of the names would mean one has different appearance and the other has different anatomic source, either accounting for the variation in appearance.

PVC: Hi, the mutifocal PVC originates from different foci in Ventricle and therefore the QRSs are having different shape and voltage and it;s more dangerous because the ventricle is hyper excitable , the multiform PVC originates from one focus but the QRSs have different shape and voltage.
