A member asked:

I have pcos, i'm 6 weeks pregnant and, naturally, concerned about miscarriage etc. i've had bad cramping so far but no bleeding, should i be worried?

Maybe: No way to know if everything is going ok without a sonogram to document that the pregnancy is not an ectopic and that it looks appropriate for gestational age. Here in our clinic we do sonograms around 5.5 weeks on all of our patients if possible. Not sure if you can get a sonogram easily in the nhs but that would be the best way to determine that everything is ok. Good luck.
