In blood or locally: The peripheral white blood cell count should not be really high in these infections.

Hard to speculate: Neither of these conditions are known to cause a significant elevation in the white blood count.White cells in your vaginal drainage would be expected with either condition and would show up in a squat/pee urine collection. Without more history,exam and the actual lab data it is hard to comment further.
