Yes it is possible: Many women with endometriosis get pregnant without any problem. However, depending on how severe your case may be, it may add some difficulty to the process.

Great question: In general the more advanced (worse ) the endometriosis the worse the fertility problem, though there are exceptions. Most women with minimal or mild (Stage 1, Stage 2) endometriosis can conceive but it may be a bit harder/ longer. Good wishes.
