Sometimes: The most common symptom of endometriosis is difficulty conceiving. It is important to note that there is more endometriosis present than what can be seen during a laparoscopy, if one has been performed. Studies have shown that the normal appearing pelvic tissue frequently contains endometriosis when visible endometriosis is seen elsewhere in the pelvis.

Yes, sadly: Endometriosis is a problem with increased inflammation and inflammation is a known precursor to infertility. That doesn't mean you won't get pregnant, only that statistically, it's harder for women with endometriosis to get pregnant. Hope that helped! good luck!
