Does a negative hpt at 11dpo with first morning urine mean i'm definitely not pregnant? on progesterone suppositories since ovulation.

Not 100%: That would not be 100% definite because it can take ten days OR MORE for a pregnancy test to become positive. At 11 days we would generally expect a positive pregnancy test if conception did occur after ovulation but it would be safe to repeat the test after several more days.
