Likely normal: Occasionally the heart can have an extra beat or series of beats that can cause the symptoms you describe. In most cases it's totally benign. If you drink a lot of caffeine, sleep poorly or are under stress it can make it more frequent. If you are concerned then a doctor visit makes sense.
