Driving anxiety : Anxiety can cause physical symptoms, and these may increase in situations an anxious person associates with panic attacks. Also, if your anxiety problems started after a traffic accident, you could still be dealing with those effects. Medications alone will not solve these problems. You need psychotherapy to help work through it. See a therapist who does cognitive behavioral therapy.
