Crohn vs Other: It could be an exacerbation of your disease but it could be another issue such as food poisoning. You should contact your gastroenterologist.

See a GI doctor: Crohn's disease is a severe condition that can worsen rapidly if not paid prompt attention to. Hopefully your diarrhea is due to another cause (infectious enteritis, cl difficile colitis, etc.), but the best thing you could do to benefit yourself is to be followed regularly by a gastroenterologist.
