More fiber: Hemorrhoids are extremely common during pregnancy. Try to increase fiber in your diet, adequate hydration and keep active. You can also try hemorrhoid creams or suppositories.

Medication: Any of the over-the-counter medications available at the pharmacy for hemorrhoids are safe for use in pregnancy. Avoiding constipation is also helpful. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) is a good product.
