See phlebologist: Secondary lymphedema due to groin dissection, radiation to the pelvis can be evaluated by a phlebologist. Evaluation of the venous system in the legs may be contributing to the swelling/weeping, and fixing this may help. Lymphedema therapist in physical therapy dept can help you. Check out www.Phlebology.Org to find phlebologist for evaluation.

Big picture: There are many causes of leg weeping which may or may not be related to lymphedema. There is no rule that says you can only have one disease at a time. Vein disease (purple staining), autoimmune diseases, skin cancers, etc can all be related and causal. The bestt solution is to get to a certified wound care specialist and get evaluated. If their first/only treatment is antibiotics, go elsewhere.
