Call your dentist: Your son's adult teeth should not be loose. Please contact your dentist to have an examination to determine the cause of this problem. There are several possible reasons for this and it needs to be evaluated to prevent further problems.

Loose Teeth: Thanks for your question. I'm not sure how old your son is but a possible reason for the loose teeth is from grinding their teeth. Some mobility is normal for all teeth but more than a very slight movement then you need to look for other causes. Go to your doctor to make sure everything is okay and loose teeth is not caused by something more serious.

Get a dentist exam: Without knowing more about your son's age, medical status, radiographs, and doing my own comprehensive oral examination, it is almost impossible to give you an answer! i'd suggest you have your dentist or a pediatric dentist examine and evaluate your child. Hopefully, all will be within normal limit! if not, your treatment options can be discussed!, .

How loose?: If these are newly erupted front teeth it is normal for them to have a little mobility as the roots have not yet completed formation (takes about 3 years). If they are permanent teeth that have been in for more then six months, or your just not sure, then bring him to the dentist for an evaluation asap.

Loose teeth: Please see your Dentist. Adult teeth should not feel loose. Knowing your son 's ager would have helped to answer this question. Sometimes a tiny bit of looseness of newly erupted teeth is physiologic. More often looseness of permanent teeth is pathologic. Your Dentist will be able to tell for his/her examination and will be able to guide you.
