Toothache: It can be sensitivity or it can be tooth decay. Recommend seeing a dentist. You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen in the meantime.

See your dentist: It may be just sensitive gums, but if there is serious gum disease or decaying teeth, you will need x-rays and a dental exam to find out what may be wrong. Sensitive gums are treated easily with good hygiene, regular brushing, regular flossing, and use of a special toothpaste for sensitive gums( Sensodyne, other brands). Let a dental hygienist and your dentist sort this out for you, see them soon.

Dental Exam: You'll need to see a local dentist for treatment. Your problem can be caused by a number of items, including decay, periodontal disease, a cracked tooth, loose filling, gum recession, etc. Can't tell for sure over the internet.
