It means too little: Blood sugar. You can faint - feel ill, and weak. You can get a blood glucose monitor and have yoru doctor or nurse show you how to use it.

Hypoglycemia: Most commonly seen in diabetic patients who take medication to reduce their blood sugar, but can happen in people with some type of pancreas cancer. Symptoms includes, shakiness, fatigue, pigheadedness, sweating , and if not addressed properly, coma, seizure and death.
