Not much: You can;t grow a new finger or toe and they would not transplant one.

Learn why....: You are not going to have these added, but it may be helpful to find out why this happened. Absence of fingers or toes can be a part of an gene related defect or potentially inherited process. It can also occur as a fluke, when a baby scratches the inside of their fetal membranes and trigger amniotic bands that amputate them. It might matter to the kids.
