Dr. Tim Conrad answered

There are none.: With few exceptions, eye exercises have not been found useful in medical studies. You don't really need to exercise your eyes anyway; they are used all day, every day, and if anything, they need a rest.

Dr. Mitchell Vogel answered

No: Most states require a level of vision and a certain level of visual field loss in order to be considered legally blind in both eyes. Ask an eye doctor in your state what your definitions are. There are many different definitions; check them out online and have a great day.
