Any structure in the: Wrist can be painful as all structures receive nerve supply. Chronic pain can be arthritis, tendonitis, nerve compression such as carpal tunnel , blood vessel issues such as ulnar artery thrombosis, bone ischemia such as keinbocks, cartilage tears of such as the tfcc, any bone any joint any nerve any tendon in the wrist or hand.
