Unlikely: There is no scientific evidence that Fluoride decreases iq. Aspartame has been on the market for decades and there is no scientific evidence that it decreases iq.

No: There is only one study, done on mice, that showed that very high levels of Fluoride might effect the behavior of mice. Despite lots of hype and fear-mongering there are no studies showing Fluoride effects the iq of mice, humans, or any other organism.
