What happens when there are femoral neck fracture complications?

It depends: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

Reconstruction: Depends on complication. If you are under age of 55 and you developed deformity or the fracture did not heal it is not unreasonable to reposition the proximal femur and the fracture orientation through a surgery called an osteotomy. In other cases a hip replacement is a possibility. In the younger population an effort to preserve the hip should be made.
