Heat pack: Warm wet wash cloth over the ids help to open up the oil glands. Closed up oil gland leads to a stye. Keep the eye lashes clean with baby shampoo 1-2x per day to clean the dust and debris from the lashes. Omega 3 essential fatty acid helps with inflammation and composition of the oil gland.
