No: Marijuana smoke, unlike tobacco smoke, does not appear to have major effects on healing, especially healing of bone. However, this may depend on how much you smoke. Most cigarette smokers are consuming 20+ cigarettes per day, while marijuana smoker may smoke the equivalent of 3-4 cigarettes per day. If you smoke cigarettes, that will have more effect on healing than marijuana.
