See doctor: First, you need to find out exactly what it is. It could be a ringworm, but it also could be psoriasis, an allergic rash, or many other possibilities. If it is ringworm you doctor will prescribe an appropriate anti-fungal treatment. If it is psoriasis or another inflammatory condition, (s)he will prescribe an anti-inflammatory cream that is safe for that area.
